Andrea Jayatilleka

Andrea is a seasoned Executive Leadership Coach and Human Resources Consultant with over 18 years of experience in transforming individuals, teams, and organizations. As the Founder and CEO of Smart Quest Pvt Ltd, she has led the company to become one of Sri Lanka’s most trusted partners in human resource development and organizational growth since 2006.

Her work spans leadership coaching, HR strategy, and people development, helping organizations enhance performance, cultivate strong workplace cultures, and prepare future-ready leaders. As the President of the ICF Colombo Chapter and Regional Director for Coach Masters Academy South Asia, Andrea plays an active role in advancing the coaching profession and upholding global coaching standards.

Driven by a deep belief that people are inherently resourceful, Andrea’s approach integrates conversational intelligence and emotional awareness to create meaningful and lasting change.

Anil Bandara
Anil is a seasoned Organisational Development & HR Consultant and ICF-trained Executive Coach with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. As Co Director of Smart Quest and two affiliated companies, he oversees strategic direction, client partnerships, and solution delivery across consulting and coaching. His expertise spans business strategy, HR transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development—guiding organisations through start-up, turnaround, and growth phases. With a background in retail, sales, marketing, and change management, Anil helps businesses align vision with systems to drive meaningful, sustainable change. He holds an MBA from Royal Roads University (Canada), is certified in NLP (Business & Master Practitioner), and currently serves as Secretary of the ICF Colombo Chapter.
Jayantha Fernando

Jayantha is a pioneer in professional coaching in Sri Lanka and the first to receive the ICF ACC credential in 2013. As the founder president of the Association of Professional Coaches – Sri Lanka, he has actively contributed to shaping the coaching industry, promoting ethical standards, and developing a network of professional coaches.

With over 20 years of experience across manufacturing, retail, sales, marketing, and organizational development, Jayantha specializes in executive and leadership coaching, helping leaders become consciously competent, align behaviors with business goals, and drive sustainable performance.

He has held key roles including Director of Training for Coach Masters Academy Sri Lanka and Maldives, and Director at Smart Quest Pvt Ltd, mentoring coaches and guiding organizations to optimize human potential. His approach combines practical leadership frameworks with philosophical insights, enabling individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve meaningful, lasting change across diverse industries and cultures.

Ben Koh
Ben is Master Certified Coach (MCC) Founder/ Managing Director of Coach Masters Academy. Ben is internationally acknowledged for his rich experiences in leading seminars and workshops throughout Asia for top executives and coaches.
Ramesh Prasad
Ramesh is the founder of ONEFLUENCER, with a rich corporate background of over two decades across Food, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Wellness, Beauty, Banking and Training.
Shiyara Dassanayake
PCC, Attorney-at-Law, LL.B, LTCL (UK) AWWA. Shiyara is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, she is a Facilitator and Coach at Smart Quest Pvt Limited. With over 23 years of experience in teaching and training Speech and Drama and Communication Skills, she has developed the abilities of children, youth, and adults. She was an examiner for the Wendy Whatmore Academy of Speech & Drama in Sri Lanka from 2006 to 2015. She empowers individuals through life, executive, and group coaching, supporting personal and professional growth. As a communications and youth coach, she enhances interpersonal skills and confidence, fostering a collaborative environment for self-discovery and accountability. Shiyara mentors’ other coaches, guiding their professional development. An attorney-at-law specializing in Commercial, Advisory, and Intellectual Property law, Shiyara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Open University of Sri Lanka. Her certifications include NLP Business Practitioner and Certified Professional Transformational Coach. She has held roles as Director at BDO Corporate Services and Legal Consultant at various firms.
Murshid Munshif

Murshid Munshif is an experienced trainer, consultant, and coach with a deep focus on capacity building in human capital, personal growth, and psychological capital. His work centres around empowering individuals and organizations by fostering emotional intelligence, leadership development, and transformational growth.

Murshid has worked with a diverse range of clients, including small family businesses, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and multinational corporations.  

With a holistic approach that integrates psychological capital development, leadership coaching, and business development, Murshid continues to inspire transformation, encourage self-awareness, and build strong, purpose-driven professionals and organizations

Kushani Bandara

As a certified professional coach, Kushani inspires positive transformation in both individuals and groups. Her coaching expertise spans leadership development, personal growth, and navigating life transitions. Inoka has over two decades in the corporate world and depth of experience across multiple roles in Human Resources in five key industries; Hospitality, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Banking, Education and Information Technology). With the exposure gained through years of interactions from many walks of life in corporates, Inoka is passionate about partnering with business leaders and working adults to navigate through the bottlenecks they face at work and in life, through coaching, in order to reach their highest potential and become the best versions of themselves.

Inoka is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and currently serves in the Executive Committee of the ICF Colombo Chapter. She is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP).
Nuzla Nawaz

With over a decade of experience in coaching, counselling, and corporate training, Nuzla Nawaz specializes in empowering individuals and teams to enhance communication, build stronger relationships, and achieve personal and professional growth. Her expertise spans various areas, including leadership development, emotional intelligence, and collaboration. She is a certified Transformational Coach, Psychological Counsellor, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Roshantha Jayatunge
Roshantha is a distinguished award-winning public speaker, Professional Certified Coach, and Executive Leadership Coach, currently holding the role of Head of Talent Development at HNB PLC. With an impressive 29-year career in retail banking, digital banking, and payment cards, Roshantha is recognized as a leading business specialist.He holds prestigious qualifications such as accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and certification as an Executive Leadership Coach from John Mattone Global Inc. Additionally, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, a certified trainer with Success Resources USA, and an NLP Business Practitioner. Roshantha’s achievements also include being the Toastmasters Table Topics© Champion of District 82 in 2013.
Michelle De Silva
Michelle brings over 25 years of extensive banking experience to her role as the Head of Private Banking Proposition at Hatton National Bank PLC. Michelle actively contributes to HNB PLC as a valued resource person at their Learning & Development Centre and represents the bank at prestigious events such as the Great HR Debate. Her commitment to personal growth is evident through her participation in transformative programs such as Unleash the Power Within by Tony Robbins and the Millionaire Mind Intensive by T. Harv Eker.
