SQ’s HR services are a team approach with one or two dedicated HR consultants, a team leader, and senior leadership overseeing the success of our engagements. We work both on-site and remotely during regular business hours and have the adaptability to scale up or down with time or expertise as necessary. Our day-to-day HR administration will cover all core functional areas of Human Resources, and we will prioritize our focus based on your specific business needs identified.

• Preparing and Implementing HR policies, covering key HR areas like Resourcing, HR development, Rewards, Administration, Industry relations.
• Preparing and implementing key HR processes and procedures
• Developing a Performance Evaluation system
• Outsourced employees will come under the payroll of Smart Quest.
